What to expect from all our lounges
Opening hours
Arrivals at our lounges are welcomed from 05:00 to 18:00 daily, with the lounges closing at 20:00. Please note until April 2019 the lounges will close at 18:00 each Saturday, meaning the last available entry time is 15:30
Entry
Guests can enter the lounges a maximum of 3 hours before their scheduled flight departure time.
Pre-booking is recommended to guarantee entry but we also welcome walk-ups subject to availability.
Entry with a Priority Pass, Dragon Pass or Institute of Directors card is subject to availability on the day.
Group bookings
Groups with a maximum of 8 guests (including at least 2 children under the age of 12), or a maximum of 6 when guests are all adults, can book online. If you'd like to enquire about making a lounge reservation for a larger group, please contact us.

Our lounges are open to customers of all airlines. Groups are limited to a maximum of 6 adults, for larger bookings please make an enquiry to the lounge team.

Entry to the lounges is available to walk up customers subject to availability.
Are the airport lounges for adults only?
Supervised children are welcome in all of our lounges but bookings must be made by persons aged 18 years or over.

Which business class airline tickets permit entry to Leeds Bradford Airport lounges?
Subject to availability, we accept the following passengers: Flybe/Aer Lingus (The Yorkshire Lounge) and KLM/British Airways (The White Rose Suite). Upgrades to the 1432 Runway Club are available at an additional cost.
